FrontierAlt Investment Management Corp. has announced two key appointments to its executive team. The Toronto-based structured products company said Wednesday that Arthur Younger has been named as president and director of frontierAlt, while, Sunil Joseph will be chief risk & compliance officer.

Younger has more than 19 years of financial services experience, focusing on Treasury management, capital markets forecasting, risk analysis and corporate finance. As Managing Partner of Pavia Corp. since 1994, he has provided high-level strategic and financial advisory services to institutional investors, independent financial service providers, fund management and technology companies. He holds a doctorate in Social and Political Thought from the Sorbonne and a Ph.D.-stream M.A. in financial economics and econometrics from the University of Toronto.

Joseph will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management and compliance procedures for frontierAlt. He has more than 18 years of financial services experience, encompassing investment management, corporate and merchant banking. From 1995 until 2003 he established and jointly headed Dundee Bancorp Inc.’s operations in India where he was responsible for sourcing investment opportunities within the country.
