Franklin Templeton Investments is setting up the FT Fiduciary Trust Memorial Fund to assist Fiduciary Trust and Franklin Templeton families affected by the World Trade Center tragedy.

The company is issuing a US$2 million challenge grant to its employees, and will be matching those contributions on a two-for-one basis.

Fiduciary Trust Company International, a subsidiary of Franklin Resources, was headquartered in Two World Trade Center. So far, 84 of its employees have not been accounted for, and three are confirmed dead.
