Connor, Clark & Lunn Conservative Income Fund says the special meeting of unitholders of CCQ scheduled to be held Friday to consider a proposal that would result in the merger of CCQ and Connor, Clark & Lunn Conservative Income & Growth Fund has been adjourned for lack of a quorum.

A reschedled meeting will take place at 8:30 ET on January 24, 2011 at 1 First Canadian Place, Suite 6300, 100 King Street West, Toronto.

Details of the proposal are outlined in a joint information circular that has been sent to unitholders of the two funds in connection with their special meetings.
