Co-operators Mutual Funds Ltd., the trustee and manager of Co-operators/Warburg Pincus Global Telecommunications Fund announced today that the unitholders of the fund approved a change to the fundamental investment objective of the fund.

In conjunction with the change, the name of the fund will be changed to Cooperators/Credit Suisse Global Science and Technology Fund.

As approved, the fund will seek to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing in companies located throughout the world that are engaged in the development, production, distribution, or use of products or services related to the field of science or technology, or that supply goods or services to such companies or that will benefit from science and technology advances and improvements.
