The Trust Company of Bank of Montreal, trustee and manager of Monogram Personal Investment Management Service, announced today that it intends to appoint BMO Harris Investment Management Inc. as manager of the funds, effective the end of June. BMO Harris is the current investment manager of Monogram and an affiliate of the Trust Company of Bank of Montreal.

The change in manager is not subject to regulatory or security holder approvals. As the Trust Company is no longer acting as manager of the funds once BMO Harris is appointed to the position, the Trust Company will continue to act as custodian for Monogram.

Monogram is part of Bank of Montreal’s Private Client Group, which has total assets under administration and management and term deposits of $235 billion.
