Arrow Hedge Partners Inc. has launched a 100% RSP eligible version of the existing Arrow Global Multi-Manager Fund launched in June 2001.
The RSP Fund allocates to five single manager funds that include:
• the Arrow Goodwood Fund, a Canadian equity hedge fund advised by Peter Puccetti of Goodwood Inc.
• the Arrow Capital Advance Fund, a U.S. equity hedge fund advised by Mark Lelekacs of Capital Advance Investment Management LLC, Tampa, U.S.A.;
• the Arrow Eagle & Dominion Fund, a U.S. small and mid-capitalization equity hedge fund advised by Duncan Byatt and Andrew Trower of Eagle & Dominion Asset Management Ltd., London, U.K.;
• the Arrow White Mountain Fund, a European equity hedge fund advised by Kevin Doyle and Sarah Caygill of Doyle Caygill Capital SA, Geneva, Switzerland;
• the Arrow WF Asia Fund, an Asian equity hedge fund advised by Scobie
Ward and Peter Ferry of Ward Ferry Management Ltd., Hong Kong, China.
Arrow says it allocates to the above single manager funds, generally in line with the MSCI World Index, to create a global portfolio with regional specialists. The objective of the fund is to outperform the MSCI World Index with less volatility.
“We’ve been encouraged by the reception on the part of the advisor and investor community to the launch of our equity hedge fund products,” stated Jim McGovern, managing director and CEO.
Minimum investment levels for all Arrow Hedge Funds are $150,000 in all provinces in Canada, with the exceptions of Alberta, ($97,000) and for accredited investors in British Columbia and Ontario, ($25,000).
