AGF Funds Inc. today named Patricia Perez-Coutts of AGF Funds Inc. as manager on AGF Latin America Fund, effective immediately. AGF Funds Inc. replaces Globalvest Management Company L.P. as manager on the fund.

In addition, AGF announced a proposal to merge AGF Canadian Aggressive Equity Fund and AGF Canadian Opportunities Fund into AGF Canadian Aggressive All-Cap Fund, subject to regulatory and unitholder approval.

For the fund mergers, a management information circular containing the special notice will be mailed on October 29, to unitholders of record on October 18.
