AGF Funds Inc. today announced changes to sub-advisors on four funds.

AGF International Advisors Company Ltd. will act as sub-advisor on the international value mandate of the AGF MultiManager Class and AGF RSP MultiManager Fund. Both funds continue to be managed by AGF Funds Inc.

AGF Emerging Markets Value Fund, managed by AGF Funds Inc., will be sub-advised by AGF International Advisors Co. Ltd. and AGF Asset Management Asia Ltd.

AGF Canadian Balanced Fund, also managed by AGF Funds Inc., will be sub-advised by AGF International Advisors Co. Ltd.

These changes will take effect Monday, June 24.
