TD Asset Management Inc. has announced a portfolio advisor change for TD International Equity Growth Fund.

Effective June 1, Invesco Advisers, Inc. purchased a portion of the asset management services of Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc., the current portfolio advisor for the fund.

As a result of the transaction, Invesco Advisers, Inc. will become the portfolio advisor of the TD International Equity Growth Fund with the same portfolio management team of Hans van den Berg and David Sugimoto.

There will be no change to the fund’s investment objectives or strategies.
