Global Financial Group Inc. today announced the addition of Len Schuman to its advisory board. Schuman is currently a vp of sales for OMX (US), Inc.

A veteran of the financial markets, he brings to the GFF a wealth of knowledge through direct industry experience regarding the development and implementation of securities and derivatives electronic trading platforms.

GFG, through its wholly owned subsidiary egX Markets Inc., is developing the egX, a global securities exchange system designed for the listing and trading of real estate securities.

Schuman resides in West Orange, New Jersey, USA. He joined OMX in February 2006 after OMX acquired the Markets Technology Group of Computershare, where Schuman was a senior sales executive.

Throughout his over 30 years in the financial markets, Schuman has concentrated on increasing the growth and global aspects of business through alliances, partnerships and sound business relationships and practices.

Schuman possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry (cum laude, City University of New York) and an MBA in Marketing and Finance (magna cum laude, Fairleigh Dickinson University). He is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa and numerous industry organizations. He also served as an adjunct Professor in the Finance Departments for both Rutgers and Fairleigh Dickinson Universities where he developed a graduate school course in Financial Futures and Options.
