(December 14 – 17:30 ET) – The next appearance in the Commission proceeding against David Singh and Paul Tindall will occur Tuesday,February 8, 2000 at 9:30 a.m. in the main hearing room of the Commission. It had previously been scheduled for Thursday, December 16, 1999.

On October 14, 1999, the Commission issued a Notice of Hearing and Statement of Allegations against David Singh, the president of Fortune Financial Corporation and Paul Tindall, a former salesperson employed by Fortune.
