The Ontario Securities Commission today adjourned the hearing to consider whether the temporary orders
issued on Feb. 2 and Feb. 10 against Portus Alternative Asset Management Inc. and Boaz Manor should be extended until Dec. 16.
The protections put in place by the temporary orders remain in effect while the OSC continues to investigate this matter.
