(August 24 – 15:45 ET) – Versus Technologies Inc. says that its securityholders have approved the plan of arrangement of E*TRADE Group, Inc. and VERSUS, voting 99.99% in favour.
The company says the completion of the merger is subject to final court approval at the hearing scheduled for tomorrow. Other customary closing conditions are scheduled to occur on August 28.
