“The completion of the merger allows us to re-focus on our day-to-day business which is getting out to meet with advisors and providing them with full support for their clients,” says John Loeprich, COO & CFO of University Avenue.

Plans are underway to expand the operations and sales & marketing infrastructure in both Montreal and Toronto, says Loeprich.

This will include a commitment to leveraging technology and the internet “to communicate with our customers and provide them with cutting edge access to information,” he says Loeprich. Further details will be released in the coming weeks.
