The Assante Corporation brought its three business management firms in the United States were together under a new banner — Assante Business Management — in early January, the company announced today.

Operating as Assante Business Management the three firms — NKS Management Inc. of Century City, California, Philpott, Bills and Stoll Inc. of Encino, California and KRT Business Management Inc. of New York — will comprehensive business management services to individuals in the sports and entertainment industries. Mickey Segal, former managing partner at NKS, is the president of Assante Business Management.

“This change will further position us to scale up and grow our U.S. operations and deliver against our business model and plan” says Laurie Goldberg, COO of Assante Corporation.

“This integration brings together three experienced, reputable and well-known firms,” said Segal. “It gives our business managers the opportunity to bring an even higher level of service and varied expertise to our clients.
