U-Select Financial and Insurance Services Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coast Capital Insurance Services Ltd. specializing in insurance services, mortgage brokering, deposit brokering and financial advice, is expanding its services from Vancouver Island to the Fraser Valley with the purchase of Wagner Newell and Associates.

The acquisition is effective immediately and marks U-Select’s first office in the Fraser Valley and its first acquisition since 1999.

Wagner Newell and Associates Inc. is a financial services company in the business of providing life insurance products, mutual funds, group insurance and corporate pension plans to their clients. Additional business components of U-Select, including general insurance, mortgage brokering and deposit brokering, will be added at this location in the future.

U-Select locations can now be found in Victoria, Mill Bay, Duncan, Lake Cowichan, Nanaimo, Chemainus and Chilliwack.
