The Toronto Stock Exchange has suspended Rampart Securities Inc.
The TSE says that it has suspended the troubled dealer after it received confirmation that by order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice that Rampart was adjudged to be bankrupt. Accordingly, it was automatically suspended, effective October 24.
Rampart remains the subject of an ongoing disciplinary hearing by the IDA that has seen its accounts transferred to other dealers.
