(October 4 – 09:45 ET) – One of Canada’s top law firms, Tory Tory DesLauriers & Binnington of Toronto, is merging with a New York based firm, Haythe & Curley, to create Tory Haythe.
Haythe & Curley specializes in corporate finance, M&A, real estate, public finance, commercial real estate, health care and litigation. The combined firm will have 300 lawyers, 75 of them in New York.
The new firm is aiming toward forming an integrated North American firm that can act for securities law clients around the world. It will specialize in mergers and acquisitions.
