Toronto-Dominion Bank today
said it will sell $102.5 million in
units to a syndicate of investment
dealers led by TD Securities Inc.
and ScotiaMcLeod Inc.


The deal involves 16.4 million
units at $6.25 apiece. The funds
raised will be added to the bank’s
Tier 1 capital and may be used to
finance the takeover of CT
Financial Services Inc.
