TD Canada Trust has decreased its mortgage rates. The new rates will take effect on Tuesday, November 06, 2001.

The changes are as follows:
-Six months convertible, 5.15 % decrease of 10 basis points
-One year (open), 5.55 %, decrease of 15 basis points
-One year (closed), 4.75 %, decrease of 15 basis points
-Two year (closed), 5.40 %, decrease of 30 basis points
-Three year (closed), 5.85 %, decrease of 30 basis points
-Four year (closed), 6.30 %, decrease of 30 basis points
-Five year (closed), 6.70 %, decrease of 20 basis points
-Six year (closed), 7.10 %, decrease of 20 basis points
-Seven year (closed), 7.40 %, decrease of 25 basis points
Ten year (closed), 7.95 %, decrease of 30 basis points
