RS Group of Cos. Inc., a provider of pass-through risk specialty insurance, reinsurance products and affinity programs announced today that Dashwood Brewer & Phipps Ltd. is expecting to use its financial advantages with the company as an opportunity to grow within the industry.

RS Group has developed and is implementing a strategy to design, structure and sell a broad series of pass-through risk specialty insurance and reinsurance platforms throughout North America.

The company is structured as a holding company for an integrated group of businesses that operates in four distinct operating segments: residential rental services, timeshare affinity program, financial guarantee, and specialty insurance brokerage.

RS Group says Dashwood provides it with an entry point into the London markets and will expand its underwriting support for RS Group products.

Dashwood expects to generate £2.5 million in revenues for the period ending June, 2005. Moving further forward, Dashwood expects to increase its revenues to £3.5 million an increase of 40% for the period ending June 2006. Based out of London, England, Dashwood maintains an international presence and has broad expertise in numerous product lines of insurance including marine, automobile, credit and aviation.

Applying the influx of revenue, RS Group says it is positioning the company, its subsidiaries and its associates at the forefront of the pass-through risk specialty insurance, reinsurance and affinity program industry. This achievement has also lead RSGC to reposition its products and make VGV Inc.’s affinity program its core offering.
