is offering a personal line of
credit through its no-fee VISA
card.
“We’ve combined the lower rates
and higher credit limits available
on a line of credit and added the
convenience and flexibility of
no-fee VISA card access,” said
Alberta Cefis, Scotiabank’s senior
vice-president retail lending services.
The card includes such features
as: no annual fee; credit limits
of up to $50,000 for unsecured
and $500,000 for secured accounts;
interest rates as low as prime
for secured and prime + 1% for
unsecured accounts; and car
rental and hotel discounts of up to
20% through Scotiabank VISA
travel services.
