Earnings were $3,418,000, or 25 cents per share fully diluted, compared to $3,709,000, or 27 cents per share fully diluted, for the 1999 comparable period. Revenue for the second quarter 2000 was $12,752,000 compared to $14,240,000 for the 1999 comparable period.

Earnings for the six months ended May 31, 2000 were $7,071,000, or 52 cents per share fully diluted, compared to $7,674,000 or 56 cents per share fully diluted for the 1999 comparable period. Revenue for the same period of 2000 was $26,101,000 compared to $28,711,000 in 1999.

The Company has declared a quarterly dividend of 26 cents per share on outstanding
Class A Non-Voting Shares and Common Shares payable on July 14, 2000 to shareholders of record June 27, 2000.
