The Toronto Stock Exchange has opened its doors to Toronto-based day-trading
firm, Quest Capital Group Ltd.
The TSE announced today that it has admitted Quest Capital as a “participating organization”, effective June 13. The firm is already a member of the IDA.
The firm provides direct access trading for Canadians. It offers direct, real-time access to the market through what it says is “designed to be the professional trading industry’s most responsive and reliable trading system”. Clients get access to its direct trading system and use Reuters for market information.
The system allows direct connections to Electronic Communications Networks such as Island, RediBook, Brass Utility, Instinet, Archipelago and B-Trade, as well as the Nasdaq’s SelectNet and NYSE DOT.
