(October 18 – 09:40 ET) – The Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario has elected Dan Danyluk as its 58th president.

The election took place today during the 80th annual convention of the association held at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto. Danyluk is a partner in Crawford & Danyluk Insurance Brokers Limited, formerly D.D Crawford & Son Insurance Brokers. Prior to that he worked as a research economist for the Ontario Ministry of Labour.

Danyluk is a past president of the Middlesex Brokers Association and has served as an IBAO Director since 1994. Since being elected to the board, Danyluk has served on all committees including Education, Broker Company Relations, Corporate Governance, Membership and the Administration & Finance.
