(November 24 – 09:25 ET) – Northern Securities Inc. says it will act as exclusive
fiscal agent and soliciting dealer manager for Stroud Resources Inc. for its
proposed rights offering.

The deal is the second online offering from Northern. It’s parent company, Digital Gem Corp., announced its first online public offering – Image Sculpting International Inc. – on November 16.

The offerings will make their debut on the yet-to-be-released eNorthern public offering website. The website will be launched as soon as the offering documents for these
offerings have been prepared.
