Réal Circé, the president and CEO of La Capitale General Insurance, officially retired as of January 4, after almost 18 years at the helm,

Circé worked for 25 years at the insurer.

John Strome, the executive vp of La Capitale General Insurance for the past three years, now takes on the role of president and CEO.

Strome joined La Capitale General Insurance team back in 1985 and has successively held the positions of regional manager for Trois-Rivières, insurance manager, director of operations, vp of sales and development and most recently, executive vp.
