The Investment Dealers Association is welcoming one new member to the ranks, and bidding farewell to another.

Toronto-based Mirabaud Asset Management (Canada) Inc. has been admitted to the IDA, effective October 11. Its directors and officers are: Emerson James Arnett, Yves Jacques Mirabaud, Philip Tetley Nickels, Georges Michel Paulez, David John Kennedy and Robert Henry Steinbach.

At the same time, First Delta Securities Inc. has had its membership terminated as part of a settlement agreement approved by the IDA’s Ontario District Council on May 22.
