The Investment Dealers Association has set hearing dates with respect to matters involving Aubrey Harvey Katz and Roger Ancil Rambhajan.

Katz’s hearing relates to allegations that he failed to comply with requests from the IDA to participate in an investigation into circumstances surrounding his termination as a registered representative from Yorkton Securities Inc. in Toronto. Rambhajan’s hearing similarly arises from a failure to cooperate with an investigation into the circumstances involving his termination from Rampart Securities Inc.

Both hearings are scheduled to commence at 9:30 a.m. on April 2, 2002, at the Standard Life Centre, 121 King Street West, 17th Floor, Toronto, Ontario. The hearings are open to the public except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
