Hi-Alta Capital Inc. is continuing the expansion of its Western Insurance Network of insurance brokerages with the acquisition of two agencies in Saskatchewan, Assiniboia Agencies and its associated office, Willow Bunch Agencies.

With corporate roots going back to the first half of the 1900s, the two firms serve a large agricultural area in the southern part of the province. Irvin Bender, who has owned and operated Assiniboia Agencies since 1981, will continue to manage the agencies under the umbrella of Western Insurance Network.

Hi-Alta Capital provides insurance, investment and agent banking services to more than 100,000 customers in over 36 communities in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
