The Investment Dealers Association of Canada has set a hearing for Ellis Sven Gareth. IDA enforcement staff allege that that while a registered representative at Dundee Securities Corporation, Gareth engaged in conduct that unbecoming or contrary to the public interest, by opening a personal securities account using a fictitious name.

The hearing is scheduled to commence at 9:30 am on Thursday, November 22, 2001, at the offices of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada, located at 121 King Street West, Suite 1600, in Toronto, Ontario.

The hearing is open to the public except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
