(October 31 – 12:15 ET) – Group Retirement Services of Great-West Life and London Life is launching a new online service for plan sponsors, members and advisors.
“Our new Web site will provide easy-to-use, more personalized service for employers and their employees and is another step towards our goal of being the number one service provider of group retirement plans in Canada,” says Bill Kyle, vice president, Group Retirement Services for Great-West and London Life.
“Members, plan sponsors and advisors already have access to Call Centre support, Interactive Voice Response and personal contact. In addition, they will now have direct access to our core administrative system to execute real- time transactions and manage their investments 24 hours a day from any location. This puts the full power of our state-of-the-art technology directly into the hands of our clients,” adds Kyle
The new bilingual site, www.grsaccess.com, is protected by combination of unique user-ID and password. Plan sponsors can get real-time, on-demand information that they’ll need to effectively administer their group plan. Along with rates of return, unit values and fund reports, sponsors will have access to all the plan and member information they’ll need.
Plan members can move money between funds, direct future deposits to favoured choices, review rates of return and net unit values, display and print fund reports, and generate their own plan statements for any time period they wish. A personalized rate of return feature is also available.
Further enhancements to www.grsaccess.com are also in the works says Kyle.
Group Retirement Services, part of the retirement and investment operations of Great-West Life and London Life, administers over $5.8 billion in group retirement assets. Group Retirement Services has more than 350,000 plan members enrolled in nearly 7,400 plans.
