Goepel McDermid signs multi-year deal with Star Data
Wrap programs to use Mpower

(May 31 /CNW/ – Star Data Systems Inc. has won a multi-year contract with Goepel McDermid Inc. The agreement calls for Goepel McDermid to use Star Data’s portfolio management system, MPower, for their recently launched wrap programs.

Gerry Rivers, executive vice president of wealth management solutions, confirmed “Goepel McDermid selected Star Data not only for its expertise in the wrap area but for the company’s ability to offer a total solution.”

“The MPower product, in a service bureau offering, suits all of Goepel McDermid’s specific processing needs,” said Donna Bristow, Star Data’s director of portfolio products.

“Part of expanding our national presence includes offering products and services that Canadian investors demand – portfolio management, financial planning and estate planning,” said Andrew Milne of Goepel McDermid. “MPower will enhance the management of our clients’ portfolios.”
