(April 10 – 11:35 ET) – An indication of how much pain turbulent markets have inflicted on the brokerage industry comes with reports of one broker quitting the business — to join a team of naked newsreaders.

It’s being reported that a former broker from a discreetly unidentified bank-owned firm has been hired as the first male talking head for the popular porn/news Web site, the NakedNews.com. The site has, until now, featured women stripping while delivering news, weather and sports reports.

The site’s four female anchors will welcome their first male on April 12. The new beefcake is reportedly a 33-year old former broker identified as Lucas Tyler. The lapsed investment advisor was chosen from a crop of 200 hopefuls.

NakedNews.com reportedly attracts 5.7 million viewers a month, and is adding a man to help attract a wider audience.
