(September 6 – 12:20 ET) -Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd. says that its Crum & Forster subsidiary has completed the previously announced acquisition of Sen-Tech International Holdings, Inc., the holding company of Seneca Insurance Company, Inc.
The US$65-million purchase was announced in April.
