The Investment Dealers Association of Canada is reporting a delay the implementation of Large Cash Transaction Reporting.
IDA reports in a regulation notice that the implementation date for large cash transaction reporting to the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada has been changed from November 30 to January 31, 2003.
No reason was given for the change.
