(June 7 – 15:15 ET) – The Life Insurance Institute of Canada will present Hubert Saint-Onge, senior vice president, strategic capabilities, Clarica, with the LIIC Individual Achievement Award at the LIIC Annual Conference, Thursday, June 15
Saint-Onge is dedicated to the development and execution of the knowledge strategy for Clarica, a pioneering business plan that identifies knowledge management as a means to create customer and shareholder value. “I am honoured to be the recipient of this award,” said Saint-Onge. “It recognizes the evolution of learning as a platform for building organizational capability — this creates value for our customers.”
The LIIC’s Individual Achievement Award was designed to recognize a special individual who makes an outstanding contribution to the field of human resource development in the Canadian life and health insurance industry. Saint-Onge is the only the second recipient of this award, as the nominees must meet strict criteria to qualify for selection.
