(July 18 – 12:30 ET) – CIBC said today that it has agreed to sell CIBC Suisse S.A. to Crédit Agricole Indosuez, a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole group, a French Bank, subject to regulatory approval in Switzerland.
CIBC Suisse S.A. is the full service Swiss private banking operations within the global private banking and trust unit of CIBC. CIBC Suisse S.A. has offices in Geneva and Zurich.
