CIBC announced Monday the addition of six-day full-service banking at an additional 54 existing branches across the country.
The majority of these branches will begin offering extra hours as of Saturday, June 20, to provide clients greater flexibility, access, and choice.
Monday’s announcement means CIBC clients will be able to bank at least six days a week at more than 400 CIBC branches located in some of the busiest shopping areas across the country.
“We’re continuing to extend our hours of business to give Canadians more banking options and more opportunities to talk to a CIBC financial advisor,” says Christina Kramer, CIBC’s executive vice-president of retail markets. “Banking Monday to Friday doesn’t suit everyone’s schedule. These six-day branches are in busy urban areas where our clients live, work and shop.”
In addition to introducing banking services on Saturdays at more branches, CIBC offers Sunday banking at 37 branches across the country.
