(April 24 – 14:00 ET) – The Bank of Montreal Group of Companies today announced the appointments of three senior officers to its operations in Quebec.

Gilles Jarry is appointed senior vice-president, Bank of Montreal Group of Companies, Quebec. François Hudon is appointed senior vice president, Quebec Division, Bank of Montreal. Christine Marchildon becomes vice president and general manager, Quebec, BMO Harris Private Bank.

“These appointments testify to Bank of Montreal’s commitment to develop its activities in Quebec and foster synergy within its Group of Companies to the benefit of its clients,” said Jacques Ménard, president, Bank of Montreal Group of Companies, Quebec.

According to the bank, Jarry will develop unified business growth strategies for the Bank of Montreal Group of Companies while Hudon will take over from Jarry the management of retail and commercial banking services offered through the bank’s network of more than 140 branches and 2,200 employees in Quebec. Marchildon will manage the Quebec activities of BMO Harris Private Bank, BMO’s private banking arm.
