BMO Harris Private Banking, Bank of Montreal’s private banking business in Canada, today announced the creation of the Private Wealth Group, and two senior appointments, as part of its commitment to expand services to high net worth clients and their families.
Through its new private wealth division, Harris Banking will provide clients with specialized services such as philanthropic and foundation advisory services, business succession planning, family education and family administration services.
“The Private Wealth Group will allow us to offer our clients and their families, who often have a wide range of complex financial issues, an important additional resource,” said Graham Parsons, executive managing director, BMO Harris Private Banking.
In addition, Jonathan Cunningham has joined the investment management team as managing director and senior investment counselor. Most recently, he was head of corporate strategy and development with BMO Nesbitt Burns.
Marion Fraser joins BMO Harris Private Banking as director and senior relationship manager. Fraser has 20 years’ experience working as a senior financial advisor.
