Bank of Montreal announced
today the launch of details
Online, a technology that enables
businesses to monitor how
employees use the company credit
card.
With details Online, an
employer can track every
transaction made on the company
MasterCard. The program includes
a reporting component that allows
multi-level access to customized
transaction and spending reports.
Corporations will have the ability
to control which users can view or
create specific reports.
“From wholesale goods and
travel expenses, to capital and
equipment, our integrated
purchasing system provides an
electronic connection between
cardholders and suppliers,” says
Carol Thomson, BMO’s national
sales manager, electronic
banking services.
details Online began roll-out
last month. Phase two, to begin
next Spring, will provide an
“online buyer/merchant marketplace.”
