(February 15 – 17:15 ET) – Bank of Montreal has announced another expansion of its U.S. operations, with the opening of its first location dedicated to private banking and investment services under one roof, in Phoenix, Arizona.

Branded The Harris, the operation brings together all of the U.S. wealth management businesses of Bank of Montreal and its U.S. subsidiary Harris Bank. The new office provides services designed to help clients accumulate, grow and protect their assets. It will also serve as a model for future offices across the United States.

The expansion of The Harris in Arizona is part of the bank’s accelerated growth strategy, which includes the rapid expansion of its wealth management lines of business in high-growth, affluent urban markets in the United States.
