(October 18 – 10:15 ET) BayStreetDirect.com Inc. has opened an office in Vancouver and appointed Richard Whittall to its investment banking group.

Based in Vancouver, Whittall will be responsible for the expansion of the financial services company’s new issue and private placement business in western Canada. Whittall was previously a director of a private Vancouver based investment banking group.
