(September 8 – 17:20 ET) – AXA Canada says it is launching a Canada-wide advertising campaign. Beginning September 11, 1,065 billboards, six spectacular 3D billboards and a 30-second television commercial will carry the property and casualty insurer’s campaign message from coast to coast.

The company says this is its first major advertising initiative. It will last eight weeks, from September 11 to November 5. The goal of the campaign is to increase the public’s awareness of AXA’s banner and brokers.

The billboard campaign will focus on the cities of Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver. The television commercial will be broadcast on the TSN, CBC Newsworld, RDS and RDI networks.

AXA says the message to consumers is “We insure your treasures, great and small”.
AXA is also setting up a promotional Web site, www.axa.ca/treasure, which will be accessible beginning September 11.
