(December 17 – 18:30 ET) – Global Strategy Financial Inc. plans to make changes to its global investment advisor line-up in early January 2000.

The firm says it will continue its multi-advisor approach, with Rothschild Asset Management as the lead advisor.

Rothschild will take on a larger portion of World Equity and Europe Plus Funds. Montgomery Asset Management, which manages the World Companies Fund, will begin advising a portion of World Balanced Fund and a portion of Europe Plus Fund. The Global Strategy Sartz team will begin advising a portion of the U.S. Equity Fund.

As a result of these changes, Schroder Capital Management International Ltd. and Gartmore Capital Management Ltd. will no longer provide advisory services to Global Strategy. Five Continents Financial Ltd., an N.M. Rothschild Group company, will provide fixed income advisory services to World Balanced Fund, replacing Guinness Flight Investment Management Ltd.
