(November 24 – 18:05 ET) – The Ontario Securities Commission is reporting that its first appearance in the Ontario Court of
Justice proceeding against Dual Capital Management Ltd, Warren Lawrence
Wall and Shirley Joan Wall was held today.
A pre-trial conference in the case is scheduled for Monday, January 17, 2000 at 10:00 EST in
Barrie, Ontario.
The OSC is accusing Dual and the Walls of trading in securities – limited partnership units of
Dual Capital LP – without being registered and without filing a prospectus. It also accuses the Walls of allowing Dual to commit the offenses.
