To kick-off the Financial Forum 2002’s Investor Education Forum, OSC Director of Communications, Frank Switzer, will lead a headline seminar designed to inform investors about the regulator’s activities and programs to administer and enforce securities legislation in Ontario.

Switzer will encourage investors to become informed consumers. He will also highlight how the OSC is protecting investors from unfair, improper and fraudulent practices; and how investors can become partners in their protection.

The speaking engagement will take place on Thursday, January 24, between 10:45 and 11:30 ET.

The Financial Forum takes place in the North Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
