The Ontario Securities Commission has reprimanded Jurgen von Anhalt and Emilia von Anhalt, officers and directors of Lydia Diamond Exploration of Canada Ltd. As well, the OSC ordered to pay payment of $225,000 in investigation costs.

The order also cease trades securities of Lydia by Lydia for three years, and cease trades the von Anhalts for 12 years.

The von Anhalts were ordered to resign all positions as an officer or director of any issuer. They are further prohibited from becoming an officer or director of any issuer for 15 years.
