(June 5 – 15:15) – On May 31, 2000 the Ontario Securities Commission issued a Notice of Return of Hearing and related Statement of Allegations against Koman Info-Link Inc., Koman Investment Inc., Simon Ko and Jose Castaneda. On Sept. 10, 1998, the OSC ordered that all trading in securities by Koman, Koman Investment Inc., Ko and Castaneda cease, pending the conclusion of the hearing.

The hearing scheduled for Friday, June 2, until Wednesday, June 7. At the hearing the OSC will consider whether to approve proposed settlements with the respondents to proceedings. The OSC will only release terms of the proposed settlements only if and when it approves the proposed settlements.
